Tasting notes
Sauvignon Blanc

Particularly refreshing and easy to drink, with fresh zingy flavours that will jump start your palate. Expect to taste tropical fruits such as passionfruit, guava, and subtle hints of mango, layered with the citrusy notes of lime and grapefruit. There’s a hint of fresh-cut grass and herbs, which speaks to its lively, alfresco vibe.

This Sauvignon Blanc is perfect for picnics in the park, after work drinks or just chilling out. It pairs well with seafood, sushi, or anything with a touch of spice.

VINIFICATION

Sourced from our family vineyards across the Marlborough region, these grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the morning, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After blending the wine was left to settle on light lees before bottling.

Pinot Grigio

This Pinot Grigio leans into a plusher style, balancing both freshness and richness.  It opens with crisp acidity - think green apple and a twist of lemon - and it's also generous in texture and weight.  It brings a bit more body and roundness than your typical light Pinot Grigio. Think juicy pear, ripe melon, maybe even a touch of honey or floral notes that give it a smooth, almost silky feel.

It’s the kind of wine that feels both refreshing and a little indulgent— great for drinking on its own with friends or pairing with creamy pastas, roast chicken, or a fancy cheese board.

FLAVOUR PROFILE

Floral, Pear, Citrus, and Spices.

VINIFICATION

Grapes were destemmed and gently pressed, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain the delicate floral and fruit aromatics. Prior to blending, individual parcels were kept on light lees for an extended period to help build texture and complexity on the palate.

Chardonnay

Precise and finely structured, with layers of flavour that build across the palate.  This chardonnay begins with mouthwatering, zesty lemon curd and white blossom before evolving into lush stone fruit and musky, spicy oak.  The almond notes add just enough to make it quietly complex and elegant.

A wine you want to sip on a slow Sunday afternoon, or later in the day, maybe with a light seafood dish, or creamy risotto.

FLAVOUR PROFILE

VINIFICATION

Harvested in the early hours of the morning, after gentle whole-bunch pressing, 45% of the juice was fermented in a mix of new and old French oak barriques and 55% in stainless steel. The stainless steel portion of the blend was fermented with cultured yeasts and underwent partial malolactic fermentation, while the barrel portion underwent wild alcoholic fermentation and full natural malolactic fermentation.
